Lexi is a talent matching platform operated by Build to Hire, founded by Lital Ankory, Israel.

• Email address
• Phone number
• Location (city, country)
• Professional skills and experience
• CV or LinkedIn profile URL
• Salary expectations (full-time equivalent)
• Availability percentage and preferred work model
• Working style and professional preferences

From companies:

• Company name and website
• Contact person name and email
• Company size, stage, and industry
• Role requirements and scope of work

We collect this information solely to:

• Match candidates with relevant flexible employment opportunities
• Enable companies to find suitable talent for flexible roles
• Improve our matching algorithm during the pilot phase
• Communicate with you about your registration and matches

Candidate data:

• During pilot phase, candidate identity (name, contact details, LinkedIn) is NOT shared with companies without the candidate's explicit consent
• Companies see only: match score, skills, seniority level, location, and availability
• Full candidate details are shared only after both parties express mutual interest AND the candidate gives explicit consent
• Platform administrators (Lital Ankory, Build to Hire) can access all data for matching and operational purposes

Company data:

• Company name and role details are visible to matched candidates
• Company contact details are not shared with candidates without consent

Data is stored on Base44 infrastructure. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information. We do not sell your data to third parties under any circumstances.

Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law (חוק הגנת הפרטיות, תשמ"א-1981) you have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time
