Lexi is a matching platform that connects experienced professionals seeking flexible employment with companies hiring for flexible roles. Lexi is a matching layer only — we do not employ candidates, do not guarantee placements, and are not party to any employment agreement between candidates and companies.

• Lexi is not a staffing agency
• Lexi is not an employer
• Lexi is not a freelance or gig platform
• Lexi does not guarantee job placement or hiring outcomes
• Lexi does not guarantee response times from either side

By registering as a candidate you confirm:

• All information provided is accurate and up to date
• You consent to your anonymized profile being shown to matched companies
• Your full identity will only be shared with a company after your explicit consent
• You are genuinely available for flexible employment in the scope you indicated
• You will notify Lexi if your availability or employment status changes

By registering as a company you confirm:

• The roles posted are genuine open positions
• You will engage with matched candidates in good faith
• You will not attempt to contact or identify candidates who have not consented to introduction
• You will notify Lexi if a role is filled or closed

Lexi is currently in a private pilot phase. By joining the pilot you acknowledge:

• The platform is in active development and may have bugs or interruptions
• Features may change during the pilot
• You agree to provide feedback to help improve the platform
• Pilot participation does not guarantee continued access after the pilot period

Build to Hire and Lexi are not liable for:

• Employment outcomes between candidates and companies
• Accuracy of information provided by users
• Technical interruptions during the pilot phase
• Any damages arising from use of the platform during pilot

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
