How Lexi works

From need to introduction.

Lexi is an Expertise BizMarket connecting organizations with curated experts through detailed Offerings and opportunity-stage introductions.

Two sides, one introduction

Four steps between sourcing and interviews. Each side follows its own path, and contact details wait for both yeses.

1Define the need
2Match and shortlist
3Confirm the opportunity
4Arrange the intro call

Employer

Describe the work

Create your company profile and post a need: the work, the expertise, scope and location.

Employer

Review relevant experts

Each one comes with an explanation of why they fit.

Employer

Say yes to this role

A profile match alone is not a confirmed opportunity.

Employer

Meet the expert

Interviews, offers and employment decisions stay between you two.

Lexi curates the shortlist and makes the introduction

Expert

Build your profile once

Expertise, strengths, availability and working preferences.

Expert

Get matched

Beyond the keywords on a CV. You stay anonymous.

Expert

Say yes if it fits

Nothing is shared until you choose.

Expert

Meet the employer

The intro call and everything after is yours to run.

Expert stays anonymous. No contact details shared.
Contact shared after both say yes

Expertise is the starting point. Mutual relevance is the goal.

A job title or CV alone leaves important fit questions unanswered. Lexi considers three things together.

  • Expertise

What the work needs: skills, seniority and domain.

  • Organization

Context and values: stage, culture and how the team works.

Scope and location

Lexi considers employment scope and working arrangement separately.

What each stage means

Status labels need evidence. Lexi only describes an opportunity as opportunity-ready once relevant fit and interest are confirmed for that opportunity.

  1. Offering match

An expert's Offering fits the need. Nothing is implied about availability or interest.

  2. Shortlisted expert

The expert is on your shortlist for this opportunity.

  3. Interest confirmed

Both sides have said yes to this specific opportunity.

  4. Intro call arranged

The introduction has been set up. Used only once it has actually happened.

What Lexi does not do

Lexi improves the stage between sourcing and interviews. Its deliverable is an opportunity-stage introduction or intro call. Interviews, offers, contracts and employment decisions remain with the employer and the expert.

Curated talent. Opportunity-ready.
